Hangzhou is the capital city of Zhejiang province and only two and half hours drive from Shanghai. Electricity metering is our core business and competence. We offer a complete range of products from single-phase to three-phase, from multi-tariff to multi-function, from GPRS/CDMA communication to power line carrier and from meter to prepayment meter system.
